I've lost my password.
Go to the Lost Password page and type your email address. Then click on 'request password'. You will receive an e-mail with your password shortly after.

I've lost my password and my e-mail address has changed.
If you cannot access your e-mail address you registered with, we cannot send a reminder. Please send a mail to support@jippy.com with your details: name, birthday, old e-mail address and telephone number. We will then contact you.

I'd like to change my password
Login and go to Change Password in the My Details section

I'd like to cancel my account
Goto cancel your account and follow the steps. Your confirmed contacts will not be able to see your details anymore, but your name will still be on other calendars. The same holds for the names you managed and that were copied by your contacts.

Addresses

How to add a friend
Use the Add Person page to add a person. You can directly add a birthday and telephone number. If you know the e-mail address an e-mail will be sent to your contact to confirm the details you filled in.

How do I copy my contacts from MS Outlook to Jippy
If you use MS Outlook you can use the Outlook function to copy your contacts to Jippy. MS Outlook will ask you for permission to copy the contacts. Grant acces for 10 minutes. Jippy will ask you who you want to copy to Jippy.

How do I copy my contacts from MSN Messenger or Windows Life Messenger to Jippy
If you use MSN Messenger or Windows Life Messenger you can use theMSN Messenger tool to copy your contacts to Jippy. Enter your login e-mail address and password and Jippy will ask you who you want to copy to Jippy. We will NOT remember your MSN login details.

How do I add more than 1 friend at once
Use the Add More page to enter the details of up to 6 friends at once.

How to change an address of a contact
Click on the addressestab and then on the name of the person you want to change the address of. You will then see two columns of details. The left column contains the details your contact has entered (or the one who manages your contact). The right column contains your notes about this contact. Here you can change and update the details you know about this contact.

How to delete an address
Click on name of a contact you wish to delete.Then select the delete option on the bottom.

Calendar

How to add a friends birthday
If your friend is already in your address book, in theaddresses tab click on the name to view the details. Then add the birthday. This date will then appear on the calendar.
If your friend is not in your address book, you can use theAdd Person or use the Add Birthday form on the month calendar page.

How to add an anniversary
If your friend is already in your address book, in theaddresses tab click on the name to view the details. Then add the anniversary. This date will then appear on the calendar.

Personal events
You can add a personal event to your calendar on the My Events page and share it with friends. This way you can easily add a party for example.

Settings

The settings section let's you configure your personal Jippy settings. Here you can select for example who can see your details.

My details

You can update your details in My Details. Here you can add a photo, extra e-mail addresses and telephone numbers.
